At Nina Glow Beauty, we want you to love every product you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before submitting a request.
1. Overview
Our return window lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition as delivered
- Be in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable ItemsFor hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include (but are not limited to):
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hair extensions or wigs that have been worn, altered, washed, or removed from original packaging
- Health and personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns for perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.), though these are not sold on our website.
3. Required Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued. Examples include:
- Products with clear signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Packaging missing or altered
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming:
- That we have received the item
- Whether your refund has been approved or denied
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
6. Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider — some delays are normal.
- Contact your bank — processing times vary.

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at:

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the return value.
Once the return is approved, a gift card will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them directly.
10. Shipping Returns
To return a product, ship your item to:

- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
For high-value items, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
